Indiana Pacers at Miami Heat
8:00 pm
Recap | Boxscore

MIAMI (Ticker) -- The Indiana Pacers try to snap the Miami Heat's 18-game home winning streak and move into the Eastern Conference finals when they meet on Tuesday at American Airlines Arena.

The home team has won each game of the series, with Indiana taking Game Five on Saturday, 94-83.

Jeff Foster, who had a total of 11 points in the first four contests, had playoff career highs of 20 points and 16 rebounds, helping the Pacers grab a 47-30 advantage on the glass.

Jermaine O'Neal had 22 points and eight rebounds for Indiana, which has not lost at home since March 19. The Heat fell to 0-6 away from home in the postseason, scoring no more than 85 points.

But the Pacers have a difficult task in trying to close out the series at American Airlines Arena, as the Heat have not lost here since March 2 vs. Toronto.

MEANINGFUL MATCHUP: F Lamar Odom vs. F Jermaine O'Neal. Odom, Miami's best and most versatile player, had 14 points and 10 rebounds in Game Five, but he was hounded by O'Neal into just 6-of-15 shooting, including misses on seven of his first eight attempts. O'Neal, meanwhile, sank 10-of-18 shots and, as usual, was a presence in the paint.

WHO'S HOT:

Heat: Rookie G Dwyane Wade collected 16 points and 10 assists in Game Four and is averaging 20.4 points and 6.4 assists in the series.

Pacers: F Jermaine O'Neal, the best player in the Eastern Conference this season, and fellow All-Star F Ron Artest continue to impress in the playoffs. O'Neal is averaging 23.6 points and 7.8 rebounds and Artest 20.2 and 6.0 vs. the Heat. Artest had 14 points and six rebounds in Game Five.

WHO'S NOT:

Heat: Backup G Rafer Alston, a pleasant surprise for Miami this season, had just one point in 14 minutes in Game Five.

Pacers: F Jonathan Bender, a key reserve during the regular season, had just five points in 19 minutes in Game Five and is averaging 3.6 points in the series.

STREAKS: In the Heat's 12 games this postseason, they are 6-0 at home and 0-6 on the road.

SEASON SERIES & HISTORY: Indiana won all three matchups with Miami in the regular season.

INJURIES:

Heat: None.

Pacers: None.
