New York Knicks at Toronto Raptors

TORONTO (Ticker) -- The Toronto Raptors try to end a four-game skid on Friday night when they host the New York Knicks, losers of six straight road games.

Toronto nearly ended its skid with Wednesday's tight 73-70 setback at San Antonio. Donyell Marshall collected 19 points and 14 rebounds while Vince Carter added 16 points on 7-of-20 shooting.

The Raptors are now 5-4 since acquiring Marshall, Jalen Rose and Lonny Baxter from Chicago. It was held to 70 points or less for the first time since November 29.

New York last played in a dismal 104-86 setback to Golden State on Tuesday. Keith Van Horn collected 16 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Knicks.

The Knicks are 2-7 since Antonio McDyess made his debut on December 1. McDyess is averaging 9.6 points and 6.4 rebounds this season.

New York is just 3-11 on the road overall.

Allan Houston averaged 22.3 points last season as New York won three of four meetings with Toronto.
