Recap | Boxscore

WASHINGTON (Ticker) -- The Utah Jazz try to post a ninth victory in their last 10 meetings against the Washington Wizards when they visit the MCI Center on Tuesday.

The Jazz had won four in a row in Washington before losing, 105-102 on November 14, 2002.

Utah is coming off a 94-86 triumph at Philadelphia on Sunday in the opener of a six-game road trip.

Andrei Kirilenko collected a career high-tying 30 points and a career-best 14 rebounds and Matt Harpring added 27 points for Utah, which shot 52 percent and limited Philadelphia to 42 percent. Carlos Arroyo chipped in 15 and 11 assists.

The Wizards have lost four in a row and eight of nine, including a 89-87 setback at New York on Sunday.

Etan Thomas had 16 points and 10 rebounds for Washington, which has not lost five straight games since a six-game skid November 17-30, 2002.

The Wizards were without injured stars Gilbert Arenas and Jerry Stackhouse, and coach Eddie Jordan felt their young squad did not get any favorable calls.

Arenas, who has been troubled by a pulled stomach muscle, returned to the injured list on Sunday, two days after coming off it.

Arenas was activated Friday and played 24 minutes in a loss to Minnesota that night, scoring nine points with four assists in 24 minutes. Afterward, he complained that he was not fully recovered.
