Recap | Boxscore

SALT LAKE CITY (Ticker) -- The Sacramento Kings aim for their eighth straight regular-season road win over the Utah Jazz when they meet at the Delta Center on Friday.

The Kings have won seven in a row here since a setback on April 19, 2000. On November 19, they beat the Jazz here, 118-110, for their 10th win in the last 11 overall meetings in the series. Sacramento also split a pair of meetings here in the first round of the 2003 playoffs when it beat Utah in five games.

Sacramento has won back-to-back games, including a 105-95 triumph over the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday. Peja Stojakovic scored 26 points and nailed a 3-pointer to stop a big Clippers run in the third quarter.

Mike Bibby added 17 points for the Kings, who went 7-1 on an eight-game homestand.

The Jazz improved to 11-2 here this season with a 95-73 triumph over New York on Wednesday.

Matt Harpring had 22 points and combined with Raja Bell to score every point during an 11-0 run after New York had reduced a 19-point deficit to six early in the fourth quarter.
