New York Knicks at Utah Jazz

SALT LAKE CITY (Ticker) -- The New York Knicks try to salvage the final game of a five-game road trip on Wednesday when they visit the Delta Center to face the Utah Jazz.

The Knicks have lost five straight on the road, where they are 3-10 this season. New York's overall losing streak reached five games with a 98-90 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday.

Shandon Anderson and Howard Eisley scored 26 points apiece as the Knicks played without leading scorer Allan Houston, who remained sidelined with a sore right knee.

Keith Van Horn had 16 points and nine rebounds for New York, which lost despite a hefty 52-38 rebounding advantage.

Utah had its five-game home winning streak snapped with a 102-80 loss to the Boston Celtics on Monday.

Matt Harpring scored 17 points and Andrei Kirilenko added 11 points for the Jazz, who never led and lost for just the second time in 12 games at the Delta Center this season.

Raja Bell scored 11 of his 16 points in the second half for Utah, which played without injured point guard Carlos Arroyo. Backup Raul Lopez left the game in the second quarter with twisted ankle, but returned in the second half.

The Knicks have won their last two visits to the Delta Center after losing their previous eight. Utah has won 23 of 33 all-time home games against New York.
