Recap | Boxscore

SALT LAKE CITY (Ticker) -- The Utah Jazz try to continue their dominance at home on Friday when they host the Los Angeles Clippers at the Delta Center.

The Jazz have the fourth-best home record in the NBA, winning nine of their first 10 games here. They have won four consecutive games at the Delta Center.

Utah had its season-high four-game winning streak snapped with a 107-101 overtime loss to the Houston Rockets on the road Wednesday.

Matt Harpring and Andrei Kirilenko scored 19 points apiece and Aleksandar Pavlovic added a career-high 18 for the Jazz, who squandered an eight-point lead in the fourth quarter.

Utah played without DeShawn Stevenson, who was sidelined with the flu but may return to the lineup on Friday.

Los Angeles has won consecutive games for the second time this season after posting a 90-80 victory over Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday.

Quentin Richardson scored 25 points and Corey Maggette added six of his 22 points in the final 76 seconds for the Clippers, who scored 10 of the game's final 11 points.

Rookie Chris Kaman had 14 points and 14 rebounds for the Clippers, who have won consecutive games following a six-game slide. They won a season-high four straight from November 7-15.

Clippers forward Elton Brand, who has played one game this season, was activated from the injured list Friday after recovering from a hairline stress fracture of his right foot.

Brand, who averaged 18.5 points and 11.3 rebounds last season, suffered the injury in the Clippers' opening-night loss to Seattle in Japan on October 30. Before getting hurt, Brand collected 21 points, 15 rebounds and tied a career high with eight blocks.

To make room on the roster, the Clippers placed guard Eddie House on the injured list with a sprained left foot. House, a scoring machine during his playing days at Arizona State, has averaged 6.1 points in 13 games.

Utah won three of four meetings last season with Los Angeles, which won at the Delta Center for the first time. It was the Clippers' first road win over the Jazz since April 18, 1989.
