MIAMI (Ticker) -- The Philadelphia 76ers can extend their winning streak over the Miami Heat to six games on Friday when they visit American Airlines Arena.

The 76ers have won five straight meetings with the Heat after sweeping the 2002-03 season series. They have won 12 of the last 14 games between the teams, including their last four on the road.

Philadelphia completed a 2-1 homestand with an 83-82 victory over the Chicago Bulls at the Wachovia Center on Thursday.

Allen Iverson scored 14 of his 35 points in the third quarter and buried a clutch jumper with 47 seconds left for the Sixers.

Samuel Dalembert scored 13 points and Derrick Coleman had 11 rebounds in his return from a strained knee, but Philadelphia played without Marc Jackson and Willie Green, who are sidelined with injuries.

The Sixers are just 4-6 on the road, where they have lost three straight games since winning in Toronto on November 19.

Miami's road losing streak reached five games with an 87-73 loss to the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday.

Lamar Odom scored 22 points on just 11-of-31 shooting and rookie Dwyane Wade added 15 for the Heat, who have lost five of their last seven overall.

Miami opens a four-game homestand at American Airlines Arena, where it has won four consecutive games to improve to 4-2 this season.
