HOUSTON (Ticker) -- The Utah Jazz can extend their season-high winning streak to five games on Wednesday when they visit the Toyota Center to face the struggling Houston Rockets.
The Jazz have won a season-high four straight games after losing four of six. They have not won five consecutive games since a six-game run from March 18-26.
Utah completed a season-high six-game homestand with a 91-84 victory over the defending Eastern Conference champion New Jersey Nets on Monday.
DeShawn Stevenson scored 18 points and Andrei Kirilenko collected 18 and 10 rebounds for the Jazz, who led by as many as 19 before holding on for the ninth win in 10 home games this season.
Matt Harpring had 16 points and nine rebounds and Greg Ostertag recorded 10 and 10 for Utah, which shot 49 percent (34-of-70) from the floor and made 23-of-30 free throws.
The Jazz have struggled on the road this season, winning just one of six games away from the Delta Center.
Houston finished a five-game road trip with a 95-88 loss to the Seattle SuperSonics on Saturday.
Steve Francis scored 28 points - only four in the fourth quarter - and Yao Ming had 19 points and nine rebounds for the Rockets, who made just 8-of-33 shots after halftime.
Houston had just one win one its road trip but returns to the Toyota Center, where it is 5-1 this season.
The Jazz have won four of their last five meetings with the Rockets, including an 83-76 victory at the Delta Center last Wednesday.
