San Antonio Spurs at Golden State Warriors

OAKLAND, California (Ticker) -- The Golden State Warriors can extend their winning streak to a season-high four games on Saturday when they host the San Antonio Spurs at the Arena.

The Warriors have won a season-high three straight games following a four-game losing streak. They have not had a four-game winning streak since a six-game run from February 21-March 4.

Golden State won for the first time in five road games this season with a 92-83 victory over the Phoenix Suns on Friday.

Jason Richardson had 25 points and 13 rebounds and Mike Dunleavy Jr. added 16 for the Warriors, who held an overwhelming 50-33 rebounding advantage.

Golden State forward Erick Dampier, the league's leading rebounder, but had 11 rebounds and 11 points and Nick Van Exel and Speedy Claxton scored 12 points apiece.

San Antonio opened a three-game road trip with a 103-87 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday.

Tim Duncan was held to 11 points and 11 rebounds - including just two and two in the second half - for San Antonio, which has lost five of seven games away from home after being the NBA's best road team last season.

Tony Parker scored 12 points but combined with Duncan to make just 9-of-27 shots as the Spurs were held to 39 percent (32-of-82) shooting.

San Antonio has won three straight meetings with Golden State but split two games here last season.
