Washington Wizards at Seattle Supersonics

SEATTLE (Ticker) -- The Seattle SuperSonics hope to avoid falling to 0-3 on a four-game homestand when they host the Washington Wizards at KeyArena on Sunday.

Seattle lost to Memphis on Friday, 98-97, after Jason Williams hit a go-ahead 3-pointer with 10.7 seconds left.

Ronald Murray scored 26 points to pace Seattle but had a shot blocked with the game tied down the stretch, and Williams answered with his shot from the arc.

Washington opened a four-game road trip with a 108-87 setback at Denver on Friday.

Gilbert Arenas scored 27 points to pace the Wizards, who had won their previous two contests.

Jarvis Hayes, who had been having a fine rookie campaign, was held scoreless in 14 minutes.

The Sonics have lost their last two home meetings with the Wizards.
