Miami Heat at Phoenix Suns
9:00 pm
Recap | Boxscore

PHOENIX (Ticker) -- The Phoenix Suns seek a third straight victory on Saturday when they host the Miami Heat.

Phoenix can get back to the .500 mark for the first time since November 11. The Suns used a balanced attack in Thursday's 96-89 triumph over Orlando.

Shawn Marion scored 16 points and Stephon Marbury added 14 and 11 assists for Phoenix, which placed a season-high seven players in double figures. Rookie Zarko Cabarkapa netted 10 points on 13 minutes off the bench.

Phoenix shot 51 percent (40-of-78), the first time they shot better than 50 percent all season and improved to 4-0 when out-shooting an opponent. The Suns have yet to score 100 points, the longest stretch to start a season in team history without doing so.

Miami fell to 1-3 on a five-game road trip after Friday's 101-91 setback at Golden State. Lamar Odom scored 20 points and John Wallace added 14 points off the bench in 18 minutes.

The Heat are 1-7 against Western Conference opponents and 1-8 on the road.

Miami has won three straight against Phoenix, sweeping the two meetings last season. The Suns are 12-3 all time at home vs. the Heat.
