Miami had lost its first six road games of the season before winning at Seattle on Tuesday, 105-98, in the second contest of a five-game road trip. Lamar Odom had 21 points, 11 rebounds and six assists, Eddie Jones 20 points and rookie Dwyane Wade 18 before suffering a fourth-quarter hand injury for the Heat, who closed the game on a 29-17 run. Portland swept its two games with Miami last season.
