Recap | Boxscore

WASHINGTON (Ticker) -- The San Antonio Spurs hope to turn around their uncharacteristic road struggles on Saturday as they finish a three-game road trip against the Washington Wizards at the MCI Center.

The Spurs have lost three of their first four games away from home this season after posting a league-best 27-13 road record during the 2002-03 campaign.

San Antonio had won back-to-back games for the first time this season before a 100-96 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday.

Tim Duncan collected 35 points and 15 rebounds and Manu Ginobili scored 21 for the Spurs, who shot just 38 percent (33-of-88) from the floor.

Tony Parker had 19 points and seven assists for San Antonio, which lost despite a 51-43 rebounding advantage.

San Antonio's supporting cast struggled as Bruce Bowen, Rasho Nesterovic and Hedo Turkoglu combined to make just 3-of-22 shots.

Washington's losing streak reached three games with a 105-101 overtime setback to the Miami Heat on Friday.

Gilbert Arenas scored 27 points and Larry Hughes added 22 for the Wizards, who rallied from an 11-point deficit in the fourth quarter before falling short in the extra period.

Washington continues to play without guard Jerry Stackhouse, who is sidelined with a knee injury.

The Wizards split two meetings with the Spurs last season, with each team winning at home.
