The Nuggets, who will be aiming for consecutive victories for the first time this season, have lost 12 straight meetings to the Magic since a 110-93 triumph here on March 12, 1996. On Monday, Denver beat Chicago on the road, 105-97, behind 26 points from star rookie forward Carmelo Anthony. The Nuggets blew a big lead late but Earl Boykins, who had 14 points and nine assists, nailed a go-ahead 3-pointer with 38 seconds left. The Nuggets shot just 38 percent and allowed the Bulls to connect on 51 percent, but Denver made 33 free throws to just 12 for Chicago.
