Utah Jazz at Minnesota Timberwolves

MINNEAPOLIS (Ticker) -- The Utah Jazz hope to pick up their first road victory of the season when they visit the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday at the Target Center.

The Jazz are 4-0 at home this season but 0-4 away from the Delta Center. On Wednesday, Utah slipped to 0-2 on a four-game road trip with a 96-89 setback at New Orleans.

Matt Harpring scored 20 points and Andrei Kirilenko and DeShawn Stevenson added 15 apiece for the Jazz, who made only 1-of-12 3-pointers.

The Timberwolves have won three of their last four games, including a 92-89 overtime triumph at Chicago on Wednesday.

Latrell Sprewell scored a season-high 27 points, including four in overtime after nailing a 3-pointer to send the game into an extra period, while Kevin Garnett added 19 and 17 rebounds.

Minnesota lost at Utah on November 3, 93-88, after blowing a seven-point fourth-quarter lead. Garnett was ejected in the second quarter after picking up two technicals.

The Timberwolves lost three of four meetings last season.
